Use HubSpot's compliance copy email feature to automatically BCC all outgoing marketing emails to a designated Tangle email address.

Good to know

Tangle can accept millions of emails a day for your BCC inbox, unlike standard email providers—Gmail, Outlook, etc—that impose strict limits.

How it works

  1. Enable Compliance Copy in HubSpot

    • Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to Settings.
    • Go to Marketing → Email → Subscriptions.
    • Toggle on the Compliance copy email feature.

  2. Set Tangle as the Recipient

    • Enter the unique email address provided by Tangle as the BCC recipient.
    • Save your settings to start redirecting compliance copies to Tangle.

  3. Start your email campaigns

    • Proceed with your marketing email sends as usual.
    • All outgoing marketing emails will automatically be BCC'd to Tangle.

  4. Access your emails

    • Access all your compliance copy emails in Tangle or in any of the Tangle integrations.
    • Optionally, set up retention policies to automatically delete old emails.
