We provide a storage facility for emails you send to customers and receive from them. We also provide a collection of integrations with popular email gateways that make it easy for you to start collecting the data. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
• Transmit any harmful code or interfere with the operation of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on the Services, including but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations, and artwork, are the property of Tangle or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our prior written permission.

6. Payment and Billing

For services that require payment, such as storage fees, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment processor — Stripe.

7. Security

We employ advanced security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, firewalls, secure server infrastructure, and regular security audits. Despite our efforts, no security measures are completely infallible, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security breach, we will promptly notify affected users and take appropriate remedial actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tangle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tangle, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Australia, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the new Terms.
